Tool Room Trader is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of machinery and equipment and may also offer selected machinery from our own inventory. For third party listings, Tool Room Trader acts as a marketing and sales platform and does not take possession of or handle the equipment unless stated otherwise.
All shipping, transport, and delivery arrangements are strictly between the buyer and the seller.
No Involvement in Shipping FOR THIRD PARTY LISTINGS
Tool Room Trader:
- ❌ Does not arrange shipping or transport
- ❌ Does not provide freight or delivery services
- ❌ Does not handle, store, or move any items
- ❌ Does not act as a broker or agent for shipping services
We simply provide the platform for buyers and sellers to connect.
Buyer & Seller Responsibility
The buyer and seller are solely responsible for:
- Negotiating shipping terms and costs
- Selecting transport providers
- Organising pickup and delivery logistics
- Ensuring safe handling and packaging of items
- Agreeing on timelines and delivery conditions
- Arranging insurance if required
All agreements should be made directly between the parties involved.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are not included unless explicitly stated in the listing
- Any freight, transport, or handling fees must be agreed upon privately
- Tool Room Trader does not set, control, or collect shipping fees
Risk & Liability
- All risk relating to shipping, including loss, damage, or delays, lies solely with the buyer and/or seller
- Tool Room Trader is not liable for:
- Lost or damaged goods
- Delayed deliveries
- Disputes relating to shipping arrangements
- Misrepresentation of shipping terms
We strongly recommend that buyers and sellers:
- Use reputable transport companies
- Obtain insurance for high-value equipment
- Document agreements in writing
Disputes
Any disputes related to shipping or delivery must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.
Tool Room Trader is not responsible for mediating or resolving shipping-related disputes, though we may offer general support guidance at our discretion.
